Description

The Student Video Contest is designed to dispel the outdated image of manufacturing as boring, dirty and dangerous and to introduce the community to the lean and clean work environments consistent in the high tech field of today’s manufacturing. Ninth grade student teams from area school districts have taken a teacher and a GoPro camera kit into local manufacturing companies to create a 2 minute video capturing what they think is “cool” about their company’s products, workforce, and technology. Join us for the Manufacturing Alliance of Chester And Delaware Counties-What's So Cool About Manufacturing? Awards Ceremony to celebrate the students’ hard work and critical findings through trophies, speeches, certificates, and lots of pictures and videos.
